Harcourt Developments (Bahamas) Ltd. is a subsidiary of Harcourt Developments, an Irish-based property firm, that maintained a significant presence in Freeport, Grand Bahama, since acquiring the 965-bedroom Royal Oasis / Crowne Plaza Golf Resort & Casino hotel properties in 2007.  The firm is also involved with the Bahamia Service Company Ltd., Freeport Grand Bahama and Suffolk Court condominums at Bahamia Marina.
